Adolescent Assistant

Alyssa (Miss Alyssa) was born is Pskov, Russia, and was adopted in 2001 by her mother Nicole Wallace. She attended Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, MN, where she graduated in 2020, earning a bachelor’s degree in English. She is so excited to be a part of the adolescent community, and is overjoyed to be back and grow in her faith as well as her person.

Favorite Saint: St. William of Perth (Patron Saint of adopted children)

Favorite Outside-of-Work Activity: You can usually find me outside walking my dog Corona, sitting on the patio with a good book, or looking for a new, fun coffee shop.

Favorite Children’s Book: “The Spiderwick Chronicles” by by Tony DiTerlizzi and Holly Black. My mom read the stories to us, we even made the books a game in our backyard looking for fairies and fantasy creatures around my neighborhood. “The Outsiders” by S.E. Hinton

Favorite Place in Minnesota: The North Shore
